Dr. Neela’s Favorite Power Snack

When you need a little extra brain power to get through a busy day (AKA every day), a healthy snack makes all the difference. We asked Dr. Neela to share her favorite snack for packed days in the clinic. Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Also, these energy balls go well with coffee – very important! What is your favorite work snack?
